CCGA Golfers Finished Second Place

Classic City golfers placed second place in The Ronco Johnson Foundation For Financial Literacy “Lights Out” Golf Tournament held at Chateau E’lan Golf course, near Atlanta. This was most golfers first time playing night golf and they were in for a surprise. They really enjoyed the experience and had a wonderful time.  CCGA  sent two teams of golfers and we are looking forward to next years event. The Ronco Johnson Johnson Golf Winners

20130926-134614.jpg Ronco Johnson is pictured with the 1st place winners of the 2013 The Ronco Johnson Foundation “Lights Out” Golf Tournament. Pictured from left to right are Ronnie and Michelle Edwards, Ronco Johnson, Larry Craig. The team posted a par 20 on a Par 24 course. The tournament also featured a dinner and raffle with great prizes.

Classic City Golfers Association is sponsoring eight Golfers in The Ronco Johnson Foundation for Financial Literacy, “Lights Out Golf Scramble” tournament. The tournament will be held on September 18, 2013 from 4:30 pm until 10:30 pm at Chateau Elan Golf Course. Carl McCoy, Paul Wise Jr., Frank Smith and Dexter Fisher, Charles Owens, Ronnie Edward, Larry Craig and Michelle Edwards will be representing golfers from CCGA.

On Tuesday, September 10, 2013 Classic City Golfers Association (CCGA) installed three new members into their organization. CCGA would like to welcome Kelly Smith, Ronnie Edward and Gillespie Burton. CCGA is proud to have them as members of an organization that prides itself on promoting fellowship and camaraderie among its members and providing community services.

Kelly is the Vice President of Marketing and Executive Assistant to the President for L.R Johnson & Associates, Inc. She is also the Promotions and Community Relations Director for The Ronco Johnson Foundation for Financial Literacy and The Georgia Magic (a WBA Professional Basketball Team). Please join with CCGA in welcoming her to our organization, we are proud to have her as a member. Kelly has been playing golf for seven years and has a 8 hcp.
